Where do you attend school?

I attend the University of Virginia, majoring in computer science.

What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?

Outside of Fairfax Collegiate I am a mentor for the Women in Computing Sciences club and was also a tutor in math and science in high school.

What subjects have you taught with Fairfax Collegiate in the past?

I started working at Fairfax Collegiate in the summer of 2022 teaching a wide range of classes in the math, science, and test prep areas. Additionally, I taught test prep such as TJ, AoL, and SAT prep over the school year for Fairfax Collegiate.

What sort of experience have you had in the subject you’ll be teaching this summer?

I have a strong STEM background with past experience in teaching the science classes that I am teaching this summer.

What excites you about teaching and working with students?

Engaging in conversations with students and seeing their curiosity and understanding grow is incredibly rewarding. Additionally, I enjoy sharing new knowledge and concepts with them.

Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?

I am president of the club gymnastics team at UVA.
