Where do you attend school and what activities are you involved in?

I'm currently attending the University of Virginia. I'm majoring in Electrical Engineering and minoring in Computer Science. I'm currently a part of Theta Tau at UVA, and I'm currently a member of the Diversity Committee of the Engineering Student Council.

What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?

In high school, I recorded over 550 hours of unpaid community service. I had a passion for volunteering and tutoring, and I served as a mentor during my junior and senior years of high school. This mentorship was a part of a program called EIP at George Mason University.

What subjects have you taught with Fairfax Collegiate in the past?

I worked at Fairfax Collegiate last summer from July to August, and I've taught Algebra I and Pre-calculus in that time.

What sort of experience have you had in the subject you’ll be teaching this summer?

As a rising third-year electrical engineering student, I've completed courses in basic applied circuits, electronics, signals and systems, and I've completed ordinary differential equations which succeeds calculus III. I've also completed all fundamental engineering courses.

What excites you about teaching and working with students?

I love working with kids since I did that growing up, plus I have a younger brother who I personally tutor and hang out with all the time. Also, I like to be the one who bolsters kids' education as they grow up.

Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?

I love to play soccer, basketball, ping pong, and I like to stay active and lift. I have a passion for all types of music, and I love to watch all types of films.
