Where do you attend school and what activities are you involved in?

I attend the University of Michigan and am a political science major. I'm preparing to be a research assistant in political science for the next school year under the UROP program.

What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?

I have volunteered extensively with the Fairfax County Public Library system, with 100 hours. I have also worked as a TA for the Duke Pre-College program.

What subjects have you taught with Fairfax Collegiate in the past?

I started working with Fairfax Collegiate in 2021. In that time, I have taught stop motion animation, debate, and writing classes.

What excites you about teaching and working with students?

I like teaching students about the power of learning, and how even when you graduate from school, you never stop learning and being curious. I like to mentor young students and encourage them to pursue their academic interests and to learn important skills such as self-discipline.

Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?

I play piano and I like to read. I like to travel as well. My favorite cities I have been to are Paris and Dublin.
