Where did you attend school?

I attended UT Austin, and earned a BA in Spanish; I later attended UVA, where I earned my MA in Education.

Where do you teach outside of Fairfax Collegiate?

I am currently an English Learner teacher at Broad Run High School in Ashburn, VA. Prior to this position I have taught Spanish, French, and Algebra in two other states and two other countries.

How long have you been with Fairfax Collegiate?

I have been a Location Director for FCS nearly every summer since 2010.

What excites you about teaching and working with students?

Educating young people is my vocation. I love watching students grow intellectually and emotionally.

Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?

I enjoy running and walking with my dog and family, riding my bike, and traveling.
