Alice Ji is currently a Monroe Scholar at the College of William and Mary and a graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Through working on nonprofit projects she has accumulated over five years of experience teaching debate and has gone from TJ Public Forum to the William and Mary Debate Society. Additionally, she has helped the Rachel Carson Debate Team as a judge and lecturer. Outside of working with students, she also has a passion for art and dance, serving as the President of Urban Dance Movement, Art Club, and Communications Chair for National Honor Society in high school. She is the artist behind over 17 individual merchandise designs found in FCPS, and the first place winner of Virginia's Science Teacher Association Art Contest. She is excited to share her interests with students and work as an instructor this summer!
