Matthew Christovich II

Matt Christovich has worked with Fairfax Collegiate since 2014, first as a Summer Instructor & After School Teacher, Matt has been a Location Director at many of Fairfax Collegiate’s locations since 2016. Matt was also the Director of Fairfax Collegiate's Online Writing Department in 2020.

For the past three years, Matt has been the Location Director at Fairfax Collegiate’s Dulles location. This year, Matt will be the Location Director at Fairfax Collegiate’s Tysons Location. Matt has a BA in English from George Mason University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from George Mason University.

Writing, reading, running, music, soccer, cycling, and cooking top Matt's list of interests in life. Matt also enjoys teaching students about nature, conservation, athletics, and exercise. It is important to Matt that his students understand how these topics and activities enrich our everyday lives.

Matt is the Athletic Director & PE Teacher for grades Pre-K through 8 at Gesher Jewish Day School in Fairfax, VA. He is the soccer coach, and the Advisor for the Middle School Student Council at Gesher as well.
