Get ready for your upcoming physics class by looking in advance at laws of motion, electricity, and gravity.
This course is designed to give students an advanced look at some of the more difficult topics in high school physics, covering Newtonian motion, gravity, and the effects of electricity and magnetism. Familiarity with basic algebraic concepts is encouraged.
This course is academically aggressive, with an emphasis on preparation, testing, comprehension, and the necessary math involved in high school Physics. Classes begin with an overview and review of major concepts, before diving into more detailed examination through lectures and problem sets. Individual and group work allows students to practice and improve their understanding in preparation for two comprehensive exams throughout the course.
