This course emphasizes organization and logical thinking. Student construct paragraphs and short essays with thesis statements, supporting arguments, evidence, transitions, and conclusions.
Assignments include written presentations of concrete and abstract ideas, short persuasive essays, and exercises that require students to write recipes, directions, and algorithms.
