Learn and practice digital photography techniques using DSLR cameras and equipment.
Students learn the fundamentals of photography starting with basic camera operation.
Subjects include plants and flowers, food, portraits, products, sports and action, and architecture. Exercises emphasize exposure, composition, color, and lighting, and achieving artistic effects through the control of aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.
As a final project, students assemble a portfolio of their favorite results.
