Alexander is a Ph.D. candidate in Mathematical Physics at The State University of New York at Buffalo. He has both instructed and tutored Mathematics at the middle school, high school, and university levels for more than six years. Alexander has earned a strong rapport with his past students by promoting a student-centered learning environment and employing each unique challenge as an opportunity to show his avid enthusiasm for mathematics. His multifaceted interests and experiences in music performance, theatre, and mock trial empower him with the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging way. Alexander has received a number of awards and scholarships including the Harry Merill Gehman Scholarship in Mathematics, American Mock Trial Association’s Outstanding Witness Award, and the Om and Saraswati Bahethi Scholarship in Physics. In his personal time, Alexander enjoys competing in the sport of Disc Golf and downhill skiing.
