Quiana McCoy-Taylor is an instructor with more than fifteen years in traditional and online education. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Masters in English and Liberal Studies. She also possesses a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology. Quiana has experience teaching both secondary and higher education courses. She has been responsible for creating a college writing course for seniors at the secondary level, and she continues to develop various courses for her school and is also the lead for the instructional team.
In addition, Quiana was instrumental in the creation of the technology committee at her school. She is currently the head of the committee which has introduced several successful educational technological advances for the school community. She has also worked in the college environment ranging from trade schools to four year universities, and has designed many college courses along the way. She is currently a member of the Council of Writing Administrators.
